I am a Nashville native who currently resides in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. When I am not teaching yoga, I am capturing all the love around. Goldie Wolfe has been a dream of mine ever since the name manifested into reality. Why Goldie Wolfe? The first time I visited 30A, the place I now am so grateful to call home...I walked into the ZOO Gallery in Grayton Beach and The Tale of Two Wolves was hanging on the wall. Paired with my golden hair (Goldie), I have always aspired to live by this tale.
One evening an old Cherokee Indian told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. He said, “My son, the battle is between two ‘wolves’ inside us all.”
“One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego.
The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, faith and forgiveness.”
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: “Which wolf wins?”
The wise old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you feed".
